The program will take place on the campus of Capital Normal University, from June 18 to July 10, 2012, right after the Shanghai program at East China Normal University and before the Service Learning Program at Tsinghua University. You can make the Beijing language program a central part of your summer long stay in China! Students earn 3 units of Chinese 496, Asian Studies requirements, or study-abroad credits toward other majors. The Summer Chinese Program in Beijing is jointly sponsored by the new Chinese Studies and Language Program in Asian Studies and the College of Extended Studies at SDSU. It is partially supported by a Title VI grant from the US Department of Education and by the SDSU Office of International Programs. Students are also encouraged to apply for the SDSU AS Study-abroad scholarship. See you in Beijing! >>View the Beijing 2012 program flyer (.pdf) |
